Our Commitment to safety

Working safely is instrumental to our core values, and the health and safety of all WB Infrastructure stakeholders is our number one priority. Our people work hard to create a safe environment by actively demonstrating safety leadership. Safety workshops and training opportunities are provided for our staff to ensure that safety is understood and ingrained within our culture. We’re supported by leading health, safety and environment systems which empowers us to become a safer, more sustainable service provider.

Management Systems

Our organisation is governed by our management systems which are certified to AS/NZS 4801:2001 OH&S Management System Requirement; ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Requirements and; ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Requirements. These systems allow our team to collate and analyse real-time safety data as we strive towards a zero-incident workplace.

Maintaining a safety culture framework

Regular safety meetings across all levels of management

Provision of wellbeing and mental health programs

Drug and alcohol testing

Near miss reporting

Safety qualified supervisors
